Inna Cherkasova is a qualified professional in the field of Industrial Property, registered with the Italian Order of Industrial Property Consultants in the trademarks and designs section.
She is a European Trademark and Design Attorney and an accredited professional representative before the following patent and trademark offices: UIBM, EUIPO and WIPO. These qualifications enable her to operate with competence in the field of industrial property protection in domestic market and internationally.
She has a solid academic background obtained at L. Bocconi University in Milan and M. Gorkiy University in Yekaterinburg, Russia. Her fluency in three languages — Russian, Italian and English — allows her to operate effectively both in Italy and internationally.
Since 2009, Inna has gained experience in business intelligence and marketing, working both for multinational companies based in Milan and for SMEs in Northern Italy.
Since 2017, she has focused her career on industrial and intellectual property, starting as a patent paralegal in a specialized firm in Northern Italy. She later joined the Palmas IP team, completing her internship and passing the ministerial exam for the title of Consultant in Trademarks and Design, thus consolidating her professionalism in the protection of trademarks and registered designs and models.
