Law degree with dissertation on Industrial Law.

All aspects concerning trademarks and designs in every commercial and industrial sector.
She has worked in the Intellectual Property field since 2002. She has gained a thorough experience in filing, prosecution and legal protection of trademarks in Italy and abroad, as well as in managing out-of-court proceedings and in the management of the trademark portfolios of several companies, from microenterprises to leading companies.
Rosalba cooperates, of counsel, with primary law firms and is an external consultant for the CNA (Confederation of Craft Trades and Small and Medium Sized Enterprises) of Bologna.
She collaborates as an Industrial Property expert with the Industrial Property Protection Office of the Chamber of Commerce of Turin.
She is member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), FICPI (International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys) and ADI (Industrial Design Association), and associate of AICIPI (Italian Association of Industrial Property Consultants and Experts of Institutions and Businesses).
Rosalba is an expert accredited at the National Advisory Center for Overseas Intellectual Property Disputes Settlement established by the National IP Administration of China and an Italian Certified Advisor IIC UAE Dubai.
