AREAS OF PRACTICE<\/h2>\n

Legal assistance for any disputes concerning IP rights. She assists clients in judicial proceedings and arbitration panel proceedings in Italy and abroad, and she provides support both in the negotiation stage and during the drawing up of brands\u2019 license contracts and contracts concerning other rights of Intellectual Property and know-how.<\/p>\n

She has also gained expertise in Internet problems area, especially for the issues regarding the domain names and the protection of Industrial Property rights on the web.<\/p>\n

In 2000, she started dealing with Industrial Law and Intellectual Property, working for over 15 years in the law firm Rapisardi Intellectual Property. Subsequently, she worked as Intellectual Property Manager in the law firm Masotti Berger Cassella and has held the same role at the law firm SCF since 2017.<\/p>\n
