Legal assistance for any disputes concerning IP rights. Negotiating and drafting all kind of deeds and agreements concerning IP rights, as well as distribution and agency agreements and consumer contracts.
She has cooperated with primary law firms in Bologna and Milan before establishing, in 2006, the law firm SCLA. She has gained particular expertise in the energy, building and industrial plant engineering fields. She is an external consultant for several trade and industry associations.
