After a brief experience in an IP law firm in Milan, he established a Patent Practice, where he has been working for more than 20 years side by side with multinational leading companies and medium and small companies both in Patent Consulting and Patent Portfolio management, especially in chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical, food, industrial and cultural field.
Marco has gained an outstanding experience in the European Patent prosecution and in oppositions and appeals before the EPO (European Patent Office), as well as in patent and plant varieties infringement proceedings.
